I spoke today to Fighter's Fury show favorite Hector Lombard, as he prepares for his UFC debut this Saturday. He will take on Tim Boetsch in the UFC 149 co-main event.

Hector has nothing but respect for a well conditioned, durable opponent like Boetsch. However, he is none too pleased with Mark Munoz recently saying he "recycled cans" in Bellator, and has a few choice words for MMA journalist Ariel Helwani.
