Friedo and Greg open the show talking about the Golden State Warriors beating the Cavs in Game 5 to win the NBA Championship for the 2nd time in 3 years. The guys discuss the back and forth nature of the game, how well Durant and LeBron played, and how good this Warriors team could be over the next 3-5 years. We wrap up the first hour talking about how the Warriors championship will affect future free agents and where they’ll end up. Friedo and Greg open the second hour talking about what the Cavaliers can do to narrow the gap between them and the Warriors. The Dolphins kicked off the first day of their 3-day voluntary minicamps and the talk of day 1 was Jay Ajayi and his improved route running and pass catching. In the final hour we go back to the NBA Finals and what changes the Cavs and the rest of the league will have to do to catch up with Golden State. Does Kevin Love have to leave Cleveland for the Cavs to get more pieces? Will other players follow Kevin Durant’s lead and try to form “super teams” in order to catch the Warriors?
