Eric Reed joined 790 The Ticket in January of '08, after spending 2 years hosting SportsTalk Radio shows in the Gainesville, FL market with Sunshine Broadcasting. “E-Reed”, as he is known on-air and around the station, is well known for his passion, intensity, and lack of self control while watching sporting events.
Eric was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, and is your typical “sports-hole”. He doesn’t play around on facebook, watch cartoons, or do housework…. all the dude does is watch sports, talk sports, read sports. He will attend the occasional stand-up comedy show or rap concert, but only if he gets free tickets. Although having graduated from the University of Florida, E-Reed stays loyal to his South Florida roots….and remains a die-hard Canes, Dolphins, Marlins, and Panthers fanatic.
